In 2017, Blessed Trinity Catholic Church of Frankenmuth, Michigan, celebrated their 50th anni-versary as a parish. To celebrate this milestone, they remodeled the older parts of their church. Sedgewick + Ferweda Architects took on the project to remodel the 40-year-old social hall and the 25-year-old Education Wings of the existing building. The goal of the project is to provide a safe, attractive, updated space for gatherings of parishioners and guests for the purpose of furthering fellowship, education, and service. Social Hall improvements include: replacement of leaking roof, new fl ooring, fresh paint, new wood ceiling, new energy-effi cient windows, a kitchen upgrade, and an added fire suppression system (sprinklers). Education Wing improvements include: new carpet, updated lighting, and upgrades to meeting room and library.
